About Me

Yoga

With a lifelong passion for dance, I began training at a young age and went on to teach at various public and private institutions.

As I evolved as a dancer, I expanded my expertise to include pole and aerial training, while also pursuing a degree in Dance Making and Performance.

Simultaneously, I acquired qualifications in Yoga, Pilates, and Sports Massage Therapy.

Although I cherished teaching group classes, I’ve come to realize that my true strength lies in one-on-one sessions, where I can tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs.

Through personalized sessions, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of healing and growth, and I’m committed to helping others achieve their full potential.

Yoga

A typical yoga class begins with breath awareness, followed by a warm-up.
A series of postures is introduced to develop strength and flexibility, including standing, floor, and chair work.
Sometimes, pranayama (advanced breathing techniques) or meditation will also be introduced. Each class ends with relaxation

Mindfulness & Meditation

Mindfulness meditation involves sitting
silently and paying attention to thoughts,
sounds, the sensations of breathing, or
sensations in the body, gently bringing your
attention back whenever the mind starts to
wander. This is a great addition to any
physical practice, as breathing is a key
element in all of them.

Reflexology

Reflexology is the application of acupressure
to specific areas on the feet (or hands). It is
generally relaxing and may help alleviate
stress. The theory behind reflexology is that
specific areas of the foot correspond to
organs and systems in the body
